1. $35.00 for processing a Withdrawal
2. $50.00 for processing an Administrative Withdrawal
3. $100.00 for recommencing a sale after a partial release has recorded on the Deed of Trust
4. $100.00 for processing a Rescission
5. $50.00 for rescheduling a sale after a rescission

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, electronic transfer to the public trustee account, certified check, cashier’s check or teller’s check made payable to the Public Trustee, and certified or issued by a state-chartered bank, savings and loan association, or credit union licensed to do business in the state of Colorado or a federally chartered bank, savings bank, or credit union.

Upon receipt by the Public Trustee of funds related to a sale, cure or redemption, checks will be reissued by the Public Trustee pursuant to federal law, state law and banking policies:

1. Cashier’s, certified or teller’s checks - five (5) business days
2. Electronic transfer (ACH or wire transfer) - two (2) business days
3. Drafts – draft instructions will be followed
