Release Fees
Total for a One Page Release $ 26.00

Foreclosure Deposit
To be applied to Fees and Expenses (C.R.S. 38-38-107[2]*)  
Maximum Deposit $500.00
Foreclosure Fees
For amounts under $480,000.00 $150.00
For amounts over $480,000.00 1/32nd of 1% *
*Original Principal Balance or Outstanding Principal Balance of the Promissory Note- whichever is less.
Bankruptcy Foreclosure Fees
If all publications have been completed  $0.00
If all publications have not been completed  $75.00
Resale when Sale held in violation of bankruptcy stay $50.00
Withdrawal fees
Public Trustee Withdrawal Fee $35.00

Redemption Fees
Accepting intent to redeem from Lienor or Encumbrancer (owner exempt) $50.00

NOTE: A foreclosure is deemed open when the Notice of Election and Demand is recorded (C.R.S. 38-38-101[3])* and the fee is collectable at that time.

  
Forms of Payment to the Public Trustee

All monies payable to a public trustee at any foreclosure sale under the provisions of this article or upon redemption or cure under the provisions of article 38* of this title shall shall be in the form of:
  • Cash
  • Cashier's check
  • Electronic transfer 
  • Teller's check 

Cashier's Checks and Teller's Checks must be made payable to the Public Trustee and must also be issued by a financial institution as defined in section 15-15-201 (4), C.R.S.*, licensed to do business in the state of Colorado.

No Personal Checks are Accepted.
